Hi I’m trying to install Spacedesk on pc but I’m getting this error please help
this is my first time trying to install it

I have
intel i7 14700lK
RTX 5070

Which installer did you download from our Downloads page? If you downloaded an installer that doesn’t match your PC’s architecture, this error will appear. To help you find the right installer for your PC, please follow the instruction below:
– run dxdiag.exe on your PC, click “Save all information” and send us the output file.

Hi thank you so much for the help it did seem that I’ve been trying to install the wrong version
I’m facing another problem now the which is that I’ve just bought the business license and I’m still getting
the error for the keyboard license

If you’re connected via Wi-Fi, you can only use the keyboard if “Password Protection and Encryption” is enabled in the spacedesk Driver Console. Please refer to the spacedesk Documentation on the section Viewer Platforms and Features for more info. Thank you.
