Whenever I go to download spacedesk, I download it, midway through downloading it shows and error saying “Error during installation” and then once it is actually done installing I can’t connect to it from my Chromebook. This started happening after a windows update I did last night and it worked yesterday, but now it doesn’t
Do you still have this error? Maybe you only need to reboot your machine.
If it did not help, please send us the following for further analysis:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file in your next reply.
