Hi @bilbo8333,
Thanks for the video.
For the first instance viewer, once you set the first resolution of the viewer (which in your case is the native screen resolution 1680×1050) just connect first before opening another viewer instance then set your next desired screen resolution and so on until the 4th viewer instance.Hi @bontle,
The error notification indicates that you have a DisplayLink driver on your primary machine.
Do you have any USB pluggable display software installed on your primary machine which is probably using DisplayLink driver)?Hi @bilbo8333,
You can set each custom resolution of the viewer app via Settings -> Resolutions -> Other Screen Resolution before connecting the viewer app.
And once connected, you can correct the screen resolution of each screen on your primary machine’s display settings window.Hi @mpl,
..so you want to use the spacedesk viewer on your samsung tablet as mirror display? and not as extension display? Is that correct?Hi @alejandro-k,
To further analyze this issue, please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/z8h5llgi8c2ig3g/2021_spacedeskDiagnosticTool.zip?dl=0Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app and wait for the issue to happen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.Hi @emiszero,
Is this the first time you install spacedesk?
Or do you already have an older version of spacedesk Driver on your primary machine? For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INFPlease save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Hi @bilbo8333,
Yes, it’s possible.
Just use our current spacedesk Windows Viewer App for Windows 7 v0.9.30 from our website and run 4 instances of the viewer app and put it on each of your monitors then connect to the IP address of your primary machine (laptop).Hi @myron,

Hi @armor00,
Thanks for the info.
Not sure if this will make any difference, but please try to disable both cellular and wifi then re-enable the wifi only and reconnect to the network?25 8 月, 2021 8:39 上午 回覆至: Space desk connects and works fine but then days later won’t find server #1983Hi @psyko,
I have tried reinstalling, resetting, switching everything on and off again, nothing works.
Did you do these on both android viewer app and spacedesk Driver on Windows 10?
Did you already tried restarting the spacedeskService on services.msc on Windows 10?
Do you have third party firewall software on your primary machine and/or android device?
Do you maybe have VPN (Virtual Private Network) active?Could you please also try to disable the Settings -> Connection -> Automatic Server Discovery, then try to enter the IP address manually?
What is the current network connection on your Windows 10 primary machine? Wired or Wireless?
Hi @armor00,
Thanks for the input and dxdiag info.
It seems that it’s a network discovery issue in our iOS viewer app which occasionally happens on some iOS device.
We don’t know yet the root cause since we still cannot reproduce this issue on our side.
We have received similar bug reports from various users before.
Is your non working iPad Pro 12.9 has cellular or wifi only?Hi @matewar,
Currently, this feature is not available on spacedesk.
We can only do an ultrawide monitor setup with spacedesk displays only (primary monitor not included) via Videowall Engine user interface. -
