server： v1.0.7 win10 21H2
secondary machine： surface go 2 ; v0.0.23.0; win 10 20H2
Unable to connect to server wirelessly. However my Android phone can connect server.
I think it is the bug of the app on my secondary machine…

It seems that the Windows Viewer is hanging.
Could you please try the following if it helps:
– re-install spacedesk Windows Viewer app from Microsoft Store
– On Viewer settings, please click the “Reset Settings”

I have tried all the methods… but still unable to connect. I don’t know what’s wrong.
I have tested on another laptop(as secondary machine). However it worked…
So I think the problem is about my Surface GO. But I can’t find the problem.

Yes, looks like an issue on your Surface GO device.
Please make sure that the system is updated (there’s no pending Windows Update).
And also make sure that your graphics adapter on Surface is updated too.
Can you please send the dxdiag info of your Surface GO?
Just run dxdiag.exe on your Surface GO, click “Save All Information”, then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.29 7 月, 2021 4:47 上午 #1610

I have updated my graphics driver and WLAN driver, either on my laptop (Lenovo laptop with AMD graphics) or on my Surface GO2 (Intel UHD 615 graphics). However the problem remains…
By the way, I found wired connection is OK.(。_。) (through network cable, but not usb cable)
