Quote from pscapturas on 14/12/2025, 14:14i’m with a tab a9+. i have no samsung USB drivers installed and the software encoding (forced) is also selected. i plug the USB, but the computer does not detect it as a display and the tablet screen stays black, even after i unplug it.
anything i could do?

Thank you for sending your logs. We saw in the logs that you have an outdated Driver Package installed in your Primary PC. Please update to the latest Driver Package v2.2.12. Also, if you have “Samsung Android USB Driver” installed in your PC, please uninstall it then restart your PC, as it is incompatible with spacedesk. Thank you.
