Black screen issues

250803 업데이트 이후로 검은화면 문제 발생.

250803 Black screen issues since the update.

PC 업데이트는 문제 없고, App을 업데이트 하면 발생한다.

Updating the PC is fine, updating the app is what happens.

Settings->Quality/Performance->Encording Type->Software Encording

Does the black screen issue occur on your end when Hardware Encoding H264 or Automatic Selection (SW JPEG or HW H264) is selected?

It happens when you update the app, and it happens when you don’t encode the software.
