Quote from Federico on 12/01/2026, 03:03Hi there, i have a Lenovo tablet (and a Motorola Phone). Both have the same problem, only works with wireless connection. I don`t know how to make it work (tried changing the codecs, using diferents ports and cables, switching between modes in usb conecction). I attach here the link to the debug results:

Can you provide the models of the devices you’re using? In your Primary PC, does it have a USB4 port? Is USB Debugging turned on or off in your devices? Also, is there any Lenovo or Motorola specific software installed in your devices? Thank you.

Please reboot your machine then use the latest spacedesk Driver Package to either repair or reinstall spacedesk in your Primary PC then try again. If this still doesn’t fix your issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

Quote from spacedesk Renz on 16/01/2026, 04:00Hi @priyanshu,
From the logs, it seems that you have not rebooted your Primary PC and repaired or reinstalled the latest spacedesk Driver Package after uninstalling the Samsung USB Driver. Also, there are missing files in the logs you sent. Please make sure to run the spacedesk Driver Console as administrator as mentioned in the previous instructions I sent before following the steps. Thank you.
