"conta especificada ja existe"

eu usava o app a um tempo atras, parei de usar e quero voltar a usa lo, porem n consigo instalar, aparece (a conta especificada ja existe) baixei tres aplicativos que procuram ate o ultimo fio de cabelo de um app instalado e retirei TUDO nao tem nem um suspirp de spacedesk no meu pc, usei ate o cmd, porem mesmo assim nao consigo instalar de volta, desinstalei e tirei tudo relacionado ao appdo meu pc e mesmo assim nao me permite instalar novamente. muito triste com isso

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.

please uninstall the previously spacedesk Driver either through the Control Panel (Add or Remove Programs), or using Microsoft Fix. You may refer to our user manual Troubleshooting Uninstall (https://manual.spacedesk.net/TroubleshootingUninstall.html) if you would use Microsoft Fix.

I already uninstalled it, it only works with ‘revo uninstaller’ but when I try to download it again it says (specified account already exists)

did you try to reboot your Windows machine? Does this error message appear immediately after opening the spacedesk driver installer?

Essa imagem (ultima que eu enviei) Foi a tentativa de desinstalar o spacedesk drive com o microsoft fix, não apareceu a opção de tentar instalar o driver (com Microsoft fix), eu consegui desinstalar apenas com o “revo uninstaller” tentei baixar novamente pensando que resolveria o problema mas quando tento abrir aparece a mensagem “conta específicada já existe”.

Já tentei sim reiniciar, ja fiz limpeza de todos arquivos do space desk e mesmo assim não consigo

it is rare that we encounter such issue with the installer. Usually, the Microsoft troubleshooter can fix it. Attached below is a zipped folder that contains a tool to get the MSI traces. Could you please run it and send us the traces?

Steps:

  1. Extract the folder.
  2. Copy spacedesk Driver v2.2.04 MSI on the same folder of get_trace.bat
  3. Run get_trace.bat – this will open the MSI installer.
  4. When the MSI installer is done i.e. issue has been reproduced, please send us the generated text file that contains the traces.
