To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.

From your setup logs, we can see that you still have a prior spacedesk Driver installation in your machine. Please uninstall it first via the “Apps & features” section in the Settings, then try to install the latest spacedesk Driver package on your PC.

У меня в логах установлен ПРОСМОТРЩИК, а не ДРАЙВЕР, даже если вы удалите ПРОСМОТРЩИК, ничего не изменится, а у меня не установлен Драйвер, я даже пробовал найти ДРАЙВЕР через сторонние программы, но даже они не показывают, что он установлен.

Please try to follow the steps below:
1. Download the troubleshooter from this link
2. Open troubleshooter and click Next
3. Click Uninstalling
4. If spacedesk is not listed in the list of programs, click Not Listed, then click Next
5. Paste the product code below then press Next

Afterwards, please try to install the latest spacedesk Driver package on your PC. Thank you.
