help me, had problem using service

i had problems where my spacedesk sound is not working on my viewing device from other computer, i cant use headphones on inserted from viewing secondary device because no sound working instead had insert on my primary server computer this problems has been going on and off for an year. Sidenote my same email use to sign up from old forum and when create sign up in this new forum it will not allow, show errors and only works if had gmail email ready to sign up it then works

Hi @oxen1443,

Which viewer are you using and what kind of connection are you connected to the Driver with?
As for the account, all accounts from the old forum are not carried over to the new forum, hence why you need to create a new account.

window 10/11 viewer and ethernet cable cat8 from pc to the viewing device there is no audio driver

Wait an minute why do I have to switched on remote audio activation, why is feature optional? like keyboard and others, this confusing to miss

there big delay in sound where comes after 4 seconds or less on youtube videos

Hi @oxen1443,

Remote Audio can be set as On by default in the Settings under Audio. Regarding the delays in the audio, are you only encountering delays in the audio or also in the video?
