Quote from sevenwan on 13/09/2025, 07:31Hi!
I have got 2 problems the use of spacedesk
- Missing original display via CPU AMD Rx5700XT
- could not recognize paid license, hence fail to use the magic keyboard on ipad
Current set up is Windows 11 + ipad pro gen 5th. Connected via wifi
i was once able to use ipad as the first monitor then original monitor as extended desktop
now the GPU driver seemed to be missing (but AMD driver install software report installation complete successfully when i install the driver again)

The logs you sent are incomplete. After opening the spacedesk Driver Console as administrator, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

Concerning your issue about recognition of the paid license, please check in the spacedesk App’s Licensing page if you have the Commercial License on your device, and also make sure to turn on Password Protection and Encryption in the spacedesk Driver package before connecting if you want to use the keyboard on your viewer.

I will collect the debug log again when i return home.
For the licence issue.
Is a “business license” = “commercial license”?
The screen cap on iPad is attached.
Could you give guidance on settings of Password Protection and Encryption?
Thank you for assistance!

Yes, the Commercial License is the Business License. To enable Password Protection and Encryption, check the box beside it in the spacedesk Driver Console in your Windows 11 PC. Please see image attached for reference. Thank you.
