Why doesn’t the laptop detect my PC as the primary server, even though everything works fine with the built-in Windows program?

Please refer to the Documentation in the chapter Troubleshooting > Network Connection > Cannot discover Primary Machine and follow the suggestions there. If none of the suggestions work, please let us know. Thank you.
