For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

Also, if there are any pending firmware or Android OS updates in your new Samsung device, we recommend updating it first. Thank you.

Thank you for sending your logs. From your logs, we can see that you have several spacedesk Viewer devices connected to your Primary PC via Wifi. The network traffic that is generated by the viewers might be causing the frequent disconnection of your Samsung device. Can you also reproduce the issue if the only device connected is the new Samsung device you have? Also, can you try changing the Encoding type of the new Samsung device to “Software Encoding MJPEG (forced)” to see if this helps with the issue. You may also refer to the Documentation in the chapter “Performance Tuning” to improve performance in your viewers.
