One license for both iPad and Mac?

Hello,

I purchased a license to use the keyboard on my iPad. Now I’d also like to use the keyboard on my Mac, but it shows that I don’t have a license. I thought the license was linked to my Apple account. Do I really need two separate licenses? That would be unfortunate, since I only use it occasionally for private purposes.

Hi @0jkr,

Did you try opening the Licensing page on your spacedesk viewer in the Mac first before connecting?

Yes, I have. It always shows me: “Non-Commercial Private & Academic. – The iPad displays: Business License: 1 connection.

Hi @0jkr,

Do you have the same Apple ID in the Mac and the iPad? The License is supposed to be tied to the Apple ID so that should also appear in a different device if you have the same Apple ID in the Mac.
