Request for APK and Licensing Clarification for Enterprise Deployment (190 Devices)

We are preparing a large-scale deployment of the Spacedesk app across 190 Android tablets within our organization, and we would appreciate your support on a few key points to ensure a smooth rollout.
We initially contacted you via email and we sent a follow-up email, but have not yet received a response. Therefore, we are reaching out through this channel as well.
Could you please clarify the following:
APK Availability for Direct Installation:
Is it possible to obtain the APK file for direct installation via AirWatch (VMware Workspace ONE UEM)? This would allow us to deploy the app without relying on the Google Play Store or individual Google accounts on each device.
Google Account Association:
Is it technically and legally acceptable to associate all 190 devices with the same Google account for licensing purposes, assuming Google itself does not impose any restrictions?
Buy-In-App Licensing Limit:
The in-app licensing mentions support for up to 100 concurrent devices. Is this a hard limit? If so, is there a way to extend this to support 190 devices concurrently?
Pricing and Licensing Model:
What would be the total cost for licensing 190 devices?
If I understood correctly, the licenses are lifetime. Could this change in the coming years?
Is there a volume discount or enterprise licensing option available?

Hi, just to clarify our use case:
Each tablet will be connected to a Windows PC via USB and used as a second monitor through SpaceDesk. The main purpose is to allow users to sign documents directly on the tablet using a stylus. The signature input is captured on the PC as if the user were using a mouse, thanks to the tablet’s touch functionality.
This setup provides a more natural and precise signing experience, while the actual document remains open and processed on the PC.
Therefore, it will involve multiple 1-to-1 connections.
