Stuck in connect/disconnect

When i’m connecting my Ipad(air 11 inch 2024) to my Windows 11 device, it first connects, shows a few frames, then freezes and after a few seconds switches between “Connecting to…” and “Connected” without connecting. Disconnecting also doesnt work most of the Time so I restart my PC and my Ipad.

Hi @dalb,

Thank you for sending your logs. Can you try turning off the USB Cable Driver IOS then see if that resolves your issue? If not, please refer to the Documentation in the chapter Troubleshooting > Network Connection for more details.
