Amazon Eco Show 10

Hi,

I´m unable to download the client to my Eco Show 10.

Error: You don’t have any devices connected to your account. Shop compatible devices by browsing some of Amazon’s Fire TVs or Fire Tablets now.

But I do have Eco Show listed on my devices

Any help is much appreciated!

Is this error showing in the Amazon App store? If so, you should try to contact Amazon’s Customer Support for technical support. Thank you.
