Audio output on my second screen doesn't work anymore

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.

From the logs, we saw that no spacedesk audio device was connected. Is Audio enabled in your viewer’s settings? You can check this by going to the Settings > Audio.

Can you also get logs from the client PC where the spacedesk Viewer is installed? Please follow the steps below:
- Download Debugview from this link.
- Extract the downloaded folder and run „Dbgview.exe“ as administrator.
- Click on Capture > Capture Global Win32
- Open spacedesk Viewer and enable Audio from Settings if not yet enabled.
- Connect spacedesk Viewer to Primary PC.
- Toggle Audio from spacedesk Viewer to turn on and turn off.
- In Debugview window, save .LOG output file, compress file to .zip and attach to your next reply.
