Audio output pinging noise

The viewer device where plug my headphones works fine until I screening from server device from pc makes pinging when play any sound

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your server machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

task 1 my external wifi adapter is showing in spacedesk display option, it is using more further internet usage and can disable the device, task 2 and my Ethernet cable is say it give no internet it the common standard to enable through cable as cost efficient for internet usage,

Hi @factoryhelp,

The log files you sent are incomplete. Kindly follow the instructions provided in my last post, making sure that you open the spacedesk Driver Console as Administrator, then also including the entire folder that was gathered in the diagnostics as an attachment to your next reply. The folder name should be the date when the logs were gathered, then „-spacedeskRuntimeDiagnostics.“ An example would be „2025-05-02-162604-spacedeskRuntimeDiagnostics“.

Hi @factoryhelp,

Thank you for sending your logs. Are you using your viewer to play audio from your server? If you are, can you check if spacedesk virtual Speaker is selected in your server pc as the defauld audio output? Please refer to the image attached.

If you disable the Audio output in your viewer, is the pinging noise still there?
