Black Screen when using USB connection

Hi there, i have a Lenovo tablet (and a Motorola Phone). Both have the same problem, only works with wireless connection. I don`t know how to make it work (tried changing the codecs, using diferents ports and cables, switching between modes in usb conecction). I attach here the link to the debug results:

the Google Drive link access is private and we could not access it.
Please attach the diagnostics folder (.zip) in your next post.
