[SOLVED] Black screen with samsung's new UI

but it is still black screened to me

Please try the following steps on your spacedesk viewer:
1. Go to Settings > Quality/Performance
2. Click on Encoding Type, then select Software Encoding (forced)If this does not resolve your issue, please send us your logs by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.

it only appeared as a black screen
but from the app from the laptop, it didnt found my usb connection but on the laptop itself, it does have a connection. im not sure if that’s the problem.

Is Samsung USB Driver for Mobile Phones installed on your Windows machine? You can check this in Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps.
If it is installed, please uninstall it, repair/reinstall spacedesk and try to connect.
