Cannot connect via USB

Thank you for sending your logs. Did direct USB connection work before on the same device? When did it start to not work? Can you also provide the devices you are using? Is your phone’s USB version 3.0, and are you using a USB 3.0 cable to connect? Before connecting, is your phone’s USB mode set to FTP or PTP? Thank you.
