Can't change Video Wall Resolucion

Hi, sorry if this has been ansewered, but i did not find it on this forum or the old one.

I can’t change video wall resolution on Windows 11 driver console. Based on the manual: “Updating the wall display’s settings will take effect immediately upon pressing the enter on each text box.”, but this is not working for me.

After changing to 1920×1080, the wall resolution is still 3840×2160. Also, if i check Windows screen configuration, resolution is greyed out at 3840×2160 without option to change.

Any help is welcome, thanks.

Hi @manuel,

Are you changing the resolution in this window as shown in the attached photo? You can change the videowall’s resolution here.

Yes, exactly like that, but the default resolution comes back again.

I tried running as administrator, without, with a viewer attached, without…, all combinations, same result.

If i change the framerate, the change is applied, but not the resolution.

Also, i can’t change the position (X,Y) of a viewer inside a Wall. It gets reseted to 0,0

Did you try hitting enter after typing in „1920“ in the left text box?
