Cant download on mac even if my MAC version is on the list

Hii,

I want to get the APP on my mac, My IOS ver is 15.3 that should be compatible

but i still cant download the app from the Appstore because it says “Not compatible with this device”?

please help and thank you

Which specific model of Mac do you have? Can you provide also a screenshot of the „About this Mac“ page of your device? Thank you.

Hi @shany,

Your iMac’s processor is not compatible with spacedesk Viewer’s requirements which is at least an Apple M1 chip or later.

Ohh I thought they ment or a regular MAC atlist with IOS 11 or a MAC with m1..
