Can't Find Driver for Windows 7/8/8.1 – Please Help!
Hi, I’m a user of Windows 8.0.
I used to run spacedesk just fine by installing the driver on my laptop and the viewer on my iPad. Recently, the screen changed to black and white, so I decided to uninstall everything and reinstall it.
But I can’t find the driver for Windows 7/8/8.1 on your website anymore. I only saw the version for Windows 10, so I tried installing that, but a warning message popped up saying it’s not compatible and that I need the version for Windows 7/8/8.1.
I’ve searched everywhere but I just can’t find the correct version.
Where can I download the driver for Windows 7/8/8.1? Please help!
Hi, I checked the download page but couldn’t find the section named “SPACEDESK DRIVER SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS PRIMARY PC / SERVER” that you mentioned. Could you please provide the direct download link for the Windows 8.0 64-bit driver?
I went to the „Primary Machine“ tab, but as expected, there is no option for Windows 8, only for Windows 10

Microsoft ended official support for Windows 8.1 on January 10, 2023 so we also needed to end support for the Windows 8.1 Driver. We can provide the link for you to download the Windows 8.1 Driver but you will have to use it at your own risk as we do not provide support for it anymore. You can find the download links below:
