Do you have iTunes installed in your PC? If not, please install the latest version, and also make sure that USB Cable iOS is checked in the Driver Console before connecting your iPad. Image attached for your reference.

Zitat von Mattia am 16/02/2025, 11:18 UhrHello,
I have the same problem with my Ipad mini.
I wish to connect two devices via wifi. The first one is connected without problems but the second one not.
I used the same procedure and the same way I connected the first Ipad but with the second one is impossible. Message „unable to connect“

In your iPad’s settings, please go to spacedesk, then turn on the „Local Network“ option if it’s turned off. If it is turned on but you still cannot connect, please send us the logs of your server machine by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or GDrive then include the download link on your next reply.Thank you.
