Porque mi pc principal no reconoce el cable USB desde otro pc, o cómo es el procedimiento correcto para conectarlo vía cable a otro pc

Connection from PC to PC via USB is not supported by spacedesk. You can connect via LAN. For more information, please refer to the Documentation under the section „Connecting A Display Monitor Over the Network.“
