drivers instalation issue

Hello

I’m having trouble installing the Spacedesk drivers on my system. Every time I try to install them I get this message

I’ve already tried running the installer as administrator, disabling antivirus and restart my computer

Could someone help me with this?

Hi @kenox,

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
– open command prompt and run „pnputil -e“ then copy the output to Notepad and save as text.

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
