error unfortunately spacedesk has stopped when windows shutdown

Dear, I’ve installed spacedesk on samsung android tablet. it is connected via usb cable. it connects well, however, every time windows 10 shutdown i get the error message on the tablet. So at next restart the tablet cannot connect if the message is not deleted from the tablet. I changed multiple cables and tried more usb ports. Connection close delay and loss delay is set to -1. same error if I click off the cable connection from spacedesk console.

I enclosed the log too.

Any suggestion to do not get this error?

all time windows is shutdown.

Hi @paco,

Can you try changing the Encoding Type to „Software Encoding MJPEG (forced)“ and see if the issue still happens on your end? You can see Encoding Type in the Settings > Quality/Performance. Thank you.
