Facing error while installing Spacedesk

Hi Folks, This is my first time installing spacedesk in my windows laptop. I tried downloading and installing the 64bit version and while installation getting the below error. Tried many ways mentioned in forums and other places, no use. please help me with a fix. My laptop is running on windows 10 64bit, i3 with 12gb ram and 2gb nvdia gpu

To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please zip all files in one folder then attach it to your next reply. Thank you.
