[SOLVED] Hardware Decorder H264 tablet android
I purchased the license for 2 to 5 devices to use on Android tablets. It used to work normally, but after the latest update the Android devices started showing an H264 hardware error that I can’t resolve. I updated spacedesk on Windows 11, and on the Android devices I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem persists, and on the device where I uninstalled spacedesk I lost the license.
How can I recover my license and get spacedesk working again on my devices?

Regarding the H264 error, please change the Encoding Type option to „Software Encoding MJPEG (forced).“ This option can be found in the spacedesk Viewer app’s Settings > Quality/Performance.
Regarding the issue on the license, to sync your app to your current license status, just open the Licensing page in the app while connected to the Internet.
