help my account is being blocked

my old email account that use to register and login to this new support forum is being blocked, someone is blocking me from entering this new forum. I had build new email account to bypass the blocklist of my email use to register the account. lucky this time got in. I’m old user and the my pervious name is factorysub34

Hi @oxen1443,

Did you have an account on the old forum? If so, all the accounts from the old forum do not carry over to the new forum so that account is only for that forum.
