Help with how y'all resolved an issue?

This same thing has started to happen with my ipad and another app and the developer is unable to emulate the device so seems lost on how to fix it. I was wondering if y’all could reach out to your software team and ask what he might need to do to resolve this, as the timeline was quite similar so I assume it was an Apple change.

Is it the same iOS 12.5.7?
Which version of spacedesk iOS viewer is installed on your iPad?
Does the spacedesk viewer crash upon opening?
