i can’t connect my android pad with USB Cable

my windows pc installed 2.2.04 version and my android pad installed viewer 2.1.28

i have collect some data for you guys to troubleshoot the issue. thanks in advance.

Hi @cowlickboy,

The logs you sent are incomplete. Please resend your logs and make sure that after you turn on the Diagnostic collection box, you connect your Android device via USB. Thank you
