Hi! i did all you said about saving all info in the diagnostics section in the driver and now i’d like to send you the file so I can solve my problem too

Hi @bautista,

If your viewer screen is showing a black and white display, this means that the Driver Package you’re using is expired. Please update to the latest Driver Package so you will have full color output again. Thank you!
