I use a USB 3.1 cable to connect to LEGION Y700, but the device cannot recognize the tablet. The computer supports USB 3.2, but the USB 2.0 cable works fine, but the 3.1 cable does not work. This cable is tested and it is ok. The cable is TYPEC,WIN11

What specific cable model are you using to connect?

Hagibis Type-C USB3.2 gen2，I also used other brands of USB 3.1 data cables to test, but they also didn’t work. It seems to be a problem with the SpaceDesk driver. The WINDWOS11 driver can recognize the tablet.

Can you try using your USB 3.1 and 3.2 cables to connect to your PC then switch to PTP before turning on spacedesk’s USB Cable Android? You can do this by going to your tablet’s Settings > More Connections > USB > PTP. Let us know if this works for your device. Thank you!
