Inquiry about volume licensing and deployment for spacedesk on iPad (ABM/MDM environment)
I am writing on behalf of a company that provides iPads to our employees, and we are currently evaluating the use of spacedesk Viewer for our business operations.
All iPads are managed through Apple Business Manager (ABM) and our MDM system.
Ideally, we would like to purchase the necessary spacedesk licenses in bulk through the Apple VPP (App and Books) program and distribute them via MDM to each managed device.
However, as the spacedesk Business License is provided through In-App Purchase, it seems we cannot purchase or deploy these licenses via ABM.
We also encountered an issue where, if we attempt to make in-app purchases directly from each iPad, each device uses its own Apple Account, resulting in multiple Apple IDs being linked to the same corporate credit card.
This setup triggers Apple’s security restrictions and prevents payment processing.
Could you please advise on the recommended best practice for enterprise licensing or deployment of spacedesk in such a managed corporate environment?

We offer licensing only via In-App-Purchases in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Unfortunately there is currently no licensing available for your use case.
You can use spacedesk free of charge until there will be licensing available for your use case in the future.
