Install/Uninstall error

I can't install the new version. I've already uninstalled the old one but it keeps giving the message that an older version is installed and it won't install the new one.

How did you uninstall the previous version? If you need help on how to uninstall, you could refer to the Documentation under the section Uninstall Windows on Primary Machine > Troubleshooting Uninstall.
