Installation failed

I want to upgrade to the latest version of the program, but I don’t have the installation file for the old version, which results in the error message shown in the figure. How can I solve this problem?

Please refer to this article to download the „Program Install and Uninstall“ troubleshooter. If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code your spacedesk version below:
