- Hi hi! I’m having issues with the iPad mini 7 and space desk on windows 11. Seem that touch gets stuck on the bottom taskbar area. It works perfect if I don’t touch anywhere near that area but once I do eveything brakes. Also the site keeps giving me a spam warning XD

Does this touch issue happen only when spacedesk is connected or have you observed it in other apps or with the touchscreen of your device in general?

Zitat von Ezekiel am 24/02/2026, 02:15 UhrI’ve tried EasyCanvas and did not have this issue ;0; I use space desk because it works better when starting from a closed laptop XP I’ve tried space desk on my iPad Pro and did not have the issue, only with the iPad mini 7 this issue occurred. Also I have done a clean install of windows.

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:
1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply. Also, may we ask for a video of the issue, and a list of apps open on your PC while spacedesk is connected?
Thank you.
