Lenovo Tab P12 Freeze using Spacedesk

I have a new Lenovo Tab P12 and spacedesk freeze by using the app on the tablet.

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue e.g. by connecting the spacedesk Viewer app until freeze is encountered.
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.

The Lenovo Tab P12 has software version: 16.0.114

 

Previous i had an Samsung Tab S6 Lite, Spacedesk worked perfect.

Thank you for sending your diagnostic files. Are you currently using the latest spacedesk Android viewer v.2.1.30 on your viewer device? Also, is the issue reproducible in wireless connection or only in USB connection? Thank you.

I’m using the latest version of Spacedesk server and viewer.

After changing some settings it seems to work again.

I’ll let you know if the problems continue.
