MacOs as a Server
Hello spacedesk community,
I have a Mac mini and my wife owns an iPad, which she only uses about 3–4 times per year.
I would like to use her iPad as a second monitor for my Mac.
Apple’s native solution usually requires both devices to be signed in with the same Apple ID, which is not an option for us because my wife needs to keep access to her own photos and iCloud data.
That’s why I’m looking into spacedesk as an alternative to simulate a second monitor.
Before I set this up, I’d like to ask:

Is spacedesk a reliable solution for using an iPad as a second display with macOS?

Are there any known limitations, performance issues, or requirements I should be aware of?

Does this setup work well over Wi-Fi, or is a wired connection recommended?
