Monitor turning black but tablet staying on

I have to connect via IP address as I can’t connect my tablet over wifi. The tablet turns on and immediately my monitor turns off. I’ve tried the Windows Button + P and selecting both extend and duplicate but neither make my monitor turn back on. I’ve updated my driver and still nothing, unplugged and re-pluged in my monitor (its connected via VGA). My refresh rate is at the lowest it can be and I’m just lost.

Hi @eli-4,

Please try clicking on „Clear Windows Display Settings“ in the spacedesk Driver Console then try to connect your viewer device to your Primary PC again. Thanks.
