On Samsung tablet can not connect to windows

I have been using that app for a while. But for a few days I can not use it. On tablet I get „Cannot detect any Primary Machine“. I added ip address by manually but I still get the same issue. IP Validation in progress issue is always on. I attached the diagnotic file. Could you help me as soon as possible please.

The reason why your app cannot detect the Primary Machine is because your network is set to „Public.“ For further instructions on how to troubleshoot your issue, please refer to the Documentation on the section Troubleshooting > Cannot discover Primary Machine. Specifically, refer to Step 5. Thank you.
