Problems waking up after sleep

My computer is waking up from sleep mode but not working properly. The computer is running Windows 11 and is connected to an Android tablet. Both versions are the latest. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Can you give more info on what’s not working properly after your PC wakes up from sleep? Also, how are you connecting your Android tablet to the PC, via Wifi or USB?

I connected the tablet via USB 3.0 cable. After it went to sleep, without any operation on the tablet, Spacedesk remained on. Several hours later, when I woke up my PC, the tablet failed to revert to the extended screen mode. Furthermore, sometimes closing software and unplugging/plugging the USB cable didn’t restore Spacedesk to normal operation; only restarting the PC resolved the issue. Please fix this bug.

For further analysis of the issue, please send us the logs of your Primary PC by opening the spacedesk Driver console as administrator and clicking on Diagnostics then follow the steps below:

1. Download the DebugView.
2. Check the Diagnostic Collection box.
3. Reproduce the issue (connecting via USB, then sleep and wake up PC)
4. Uncheck the Diagnostic Collection box.
5. Click “Save All Information” button (this might take a while to finish).
6. Compress/Zip the folder which contains the logs, then attach to your next reply to this post. If the folder exceeds 512kb, you may upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive then include the download link on your next reply.
