Assuming you have tried to uninstall the old version of Spacedesk installed in your PC via the Windows Control Panel, you can try the Install/Uninstall troubleshooter program from the Microsoft Fix article. If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code of your spacedesk version:
