Spacedesk Audio Driver not showing up on windows 10 server
Hey! I’m using my pc to stream to my android tv (pc on ethernet, android tv on wifi). I always encounter an issue where the audio driver works from time to time but once it doesn’t, I have to reinstall spacedesk on my pc for it to work again. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Joseph,
Please make sure that Audio is checked/enabled in spacedesk VIEWER -> Settings -> Audio.
If it’s already enabled and still doesn’t have the spacedesk Audio, please send us the diagnostics logs.
Just follow the “Diagnostic Collection” steps provided in the spacedesk Driver Console -> Diagnostics.

yes it’s checked. also , hardware encoding seems to crash as well for the video quality. I’ve attached the logs

Thank you for sending the log file.
Based on our analysis, the server did not receive an audio connection from the viewer app.
Maybe you only need to toggle the audio settings in the Viewer app before connection.
Could you please try it and check if this helps.
Note: If you can send the other log files generated by the diagnostic collection, that would be great.
