SpaceDesk installation error. Please help.

This is my first time installing SpaceDesk. I’ve never installed it on a computer before. I’m currently using a laptop, and no matter how many times I reboot, the problem persists.

I’ve attached the files you might need to troubleshoot. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi @cr,

thank you for sending the setup logs.

The Windows setup logs showed this error:

!!! dvi: Installation of device is blocked by policy. Error = 0xE0000248

The installation error is not isolated to spacedesk.
This is also happening on the other Windows drivers such as the keyboard and gaming services.

Please consult the Microsoft or Windows forum about this issue.
