Yes, I had a previous version installed on my computer but I was prompted to expire so I tried to update it but the update failed, I manually deleted all files and registry and then reinstalled the new version when I had this problem

You can uninstall the Driver package either through Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, or using the .msi file that you used to install the same Driver package. For more information, you may refer to the Documentation under the section „Uninstall on Windows Primary Machine„
