spacedesk installation error

I am getting the following error while installing spacedesk, does any one know what to do:

Do you have a previous spacedesk Driver version installed on your PC? To further analyze your issue, please send us the following files:
– run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click “Save all information” and send us the output file
– spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
– setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Yes, I had a previous version installed on my computer but I was prompted to expire so I tried to update it but the update failed, I manually deleted all files and registry and then reinstalled the new version when I had this problem

Here are my documents. Thank you very much for your help

Please follow the steps below to uninstall your previous installation before installing the latest spacedesk Driver package:

1. Download Microsoft Fix from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d
2. If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code below:
{687C71C6-28A7-4B40-A545-F2B6A1DAC9EF}
3. After uninstalling previous spacedesk Driver package, proceed to install latest Driver package.

Thank you, I can install it normally. I would like to ask how I can uninstall it in the correct official way if I need to. I want to avoid this again

Hi @jun,

You can uninstall the Driver package either through Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, or using the .msi file that you used to install the same Driver package. For more information, you may refer to the Documentation under the section „Uninstall on Windows Primary Machine

i have got eror it say

i have a problem with spacedesk. when on installation its show up this error message „The specified account already exist“ and failed
