SpaceDesk server on Windows 7

I downloaded and installed spacedesk server driver Windows 8.1 (32 bit) onto my Asus EEE PC Model 1000HE (netbook) with Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit) installed. I had no issues with the installation, and I have restarted the netbook. I am able to connect my clients to the spacedesk server running on my netbook, however, I can only see a black screen with the white words displayed reading: Connected-Display OFF. Can anyone suggest any tips or tricks so I can see the display?

Hi @chipc,

Have you tried rebooting your PC after installing Spacedesk?

Yes, I have rebooted my PC (server) several times. Please see the attached screenshots from the server (Windows 7 PC) and then screenshots from my iPad viewer.

The issue has been reproduced on our end and we will release a new version of the Win8.1 Driver with the fix for the issue as soon as possible. We will notify you once it’s released.
